Supported by Jurimex lawyers, the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine has partially upheld the cassation appeal of Baltora LLC from the resolutions of the courts of the first and appeal instance under the suit of Baltora LLC to the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting on appeal of sub-clause 3.1-3.9 of the chapter 3 section III "The principles of selection (packing) of the programme by the programme providers, purchased for re-broadcastiing in television networks (except digital networks)" of the National Television and Radio Broadcast Development Plan, approved by the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting No.1684, dated 01/12/2010.

Thus, the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine annulled the resolution of the court of the first instance, as well as the ruling of the court of appeal, and passed the case to the court of the first instance for reconsideration. Yuriy Krainiak, Managing Partner of Jurimex supported the company's interests in the court.
