The case at the suit of the organization of collective administration "UACRR" to the company "DC Ukraine" (chain stores Watsons) of copyright infringement.

Oksana Yefimchuk, senior lawyer of Jurimex, represented the interests of Watsons Ukraine in the case. UACRR filed a claim in court to collect compensation from Watsons for copyright infringement to the benefit of the author – a non-resident of Ukraine.
