Jurimex associates successfully defended interests of depositors in court on the matter of proper execution of writs of the debtor, authorized person of the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund.

In a statement submitted to the court the associates pointed to the fallacy of the issuance of a writ of execution for all investors-creditors and emphasized the need to issue multiple writs on each of them. After hearing the case, Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the specified appeal and issued new writs with the indication of debtors and one creditor in each of them.
