Representing the interests of Ukrainian Highway Service of Dnipropetrovsk region, a plaintiff in the case, Law Firm Jurimex defended the interests of the client. As a result,  the Court of First Instance declared unlawful and abrogated the requirement of State Financial Supervision in the Dnipropetrovsk region to transfer to the budget UAH 19 539 589.97.
