State Fiscal Service filed to the Supreme Administrative Court a cassation appeal to declare invalid the appellate instance on the abrogation of tax assessment notice in favor of "Automagistral" LLC.

With the participation of lawyers of Jurimex Law Firm, Supreme Administrative Court supported the position of the Administrative Court of Appeal and delivered a judgement in favor of "Automagistral" LLC on the abrogation of tax assessment notice in the amount of UAH 2,097,823.
