The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine has included Yuriy Krainiak, the managing partner of Jurimex, to the working group on transparency of the mass media ownership.

The group is tasked to prepare a package of regulatory documents required for practical implementation of the provisions of Law №674-VIII on providing transparency of the mass media. Leaders of the National Council, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine officials, heads of non-governmental organizations in the field of broadcasting and other specialists are also included in the working group.

In accordance with the law, the final package of the regulatory documents is to be developed by the National Council by 12 November 2015.
