On April 4, 2013, Yuriy Krainyak, managing partner of Jurimex law firm, gave a lecture on Legal bases of activity in the sphere of broadcasting in Ukraine for undergraduate students of National Taras Shevhcenko University of Kyiv.

In his speech Yuriy told students about the basic concepts used in television and radio business, as well as demonstrated certain examples how they may apply these concepts. Particular attention was paid to clarifying the legislative guarantees of the freedom of activity of television and radio companies, the essence of which was disclosed not only in the broadcasters' information policy, but also in matters of state regulation of the TV and radio market, including licensing procedures.

It was the first lecture given for students by lawyers of Jurimex law firm on legal regulation of broadcasting. In the near future, several more lectures will be planned at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where Jurimex law firm lawyers will share their knowledge and experience in the sphere of media law with students.
