Senior lawyer of Jurimex Law Firm Yulia Ivakhnenko participated in the committee session of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on health care issues and in panel meeting on deregulation of   pharmaceutical market under the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.

The committee session discussed several current legislation amendments, particularly concerning introduction of the fair remuneration policy for healthcare workers and emergency teams, organisations of premedical aid, circulation and advertisement of biologically active additives. Discussion of issues mentioned above led to necessary adoption of legislation amendments. The panel meeting considered changes of VAT rate for taxation of pharmaceutical compounding and medications, and the question of bringing credentials of State administration of Ukraine on medicinal products in line with the current legislation of Ukraine.
