Jurimex successfully represented a client in the case of declaring illegitimate and cancellation of Order of the State Inspection of Ukraine for Consumer Rights Protection in Kharkiv region.

In the Order appealed against by the Client, the Inspection, contrary to the requirements of Part 8 Art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Principles of State Supervision (Control) of economic activity" obliged to return money paid by the consumer for services, due to the unfairness of certain clauses of the Service provision agreement.

During the court proceedings, compliance of the Agreement with current legislation and the illegality of actions of state bodies was established to the satisfaction of the court.
