The press conference “Tax Reform – 2016: What Business Shall Prepare For” was held in the press center of the information agency “Interfax-Ukraine” on December 9, 2015. Organizer of the conference was the publishing house “Legal Practice”, the conference was supported by newspaper “Business”.

Five leading lawyers of Ukraine in the sphere of tax law, namely Danylo Getmantsev, Yaroslav Romanchuk, Olexandr Minin, Valentyn Gvozdiy and Artur Nonko, commented on the main legislative initiatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Tax and Customs Policy.

Danylo Getmantsev, Honorary President of the law firm Jurimex, D. J. S., lawyer and expert of TaxLink, made a report on profit tax, having emphasized that two versions of tax reform contained more politics than reform and reduction of tax rates would not stimulate economic development.
