Danylo Getmantsev, JurimexHonorary President, TaxLink expert, participated in the conference of judges between Ukraine and Poland, which took place in Warsaw inthe Supreme Administrative Court of Poland.

Danylo Getmantsev expressed his opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of changes in administrative legal proceedings in the area of resolving tax disputes.

Ukraine was represented by Oleksandr Paseniuk – president of Ukrainian Association of Administrative Judges of Ukraine, Nataliia Shaptala – judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Oleh Tkachuk – judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Nataliia Blazhivska – vice-president of Ukrainian Association of Judges of Ukraine.

Poland was represented by:

Bartosh Voitsekhovskyi – Head of European Law department, Anna Khmeliazh-Hrokhal – assistant-specialist in European Law, Edit Tseller – judge of the Administrative Court of Vienna, Voitsiekh Savchyn – member of the Bureau of Judicial Procedure of the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland.

During the Conference, separate provisions on judicial reforms that are ongoing in both countries were actively discussed.
