On November 24, the Conference on Legal aspects of cryptocurrency in Ukraine was held with the support of the All-Ukrainian Association of Administrative Judges, the Association of Tax Advisors, the Lawyers Advocacy Committee, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, the National School of Judges of Ukraine and the TaxLink platform.
The main purpose of the conference was to identify aspects of cryptocurrency in light of legal analysis, in particular:
1) transactions carried out with cryptocurrency;
2) legal origin of cryptocurrency;
3) taxation of cryptocurrency;
4) problematic issues of the use of cryptocurrency in Ukraine.
Representatives of the executive and legislative branches of power, judges, academics and lawyers attended the Conference.
