In Ukraine, as well as in the whole world, there are entities that carry out retransmission of copyright and related rights objects in multichannel television networks - providers of software services. Rebroadcasting is the basis for distribution of television programs - it is the reception and simultaneous transmission of full and unchanging television programs or essential parts of such programs that are broadcasted by the broadcaster. That is, providers do nothing and do not change, but only invariably transmit programs of the broadcaster.
