Jurimex represented the grain seeds and mineral fertilizer manufacturer at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in case of unfair use of the commercial name. Jurimex lawyers have provided with necessary evidences on which basis a motion was submitted to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

In the long run, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine recognized the client's rights and imposed fine and obliged a breacher to change its commercial name.
