Jurimex lawyers represented client’s interests during cancellation of the special sanction - the licensing regime of foreign business applied by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for the delay in repayment of foreign currency earnings under the import contract.

In particular, the firm's specialists took measures whereby the sanction was suspended. Jurimex filed a suit to the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and got a positive decision.

As a result the special sanction - the licensing regime of foreign business was lifted in the shortest terms, allowing the client to conduct his business and avoid significant losses caused by the failure to carry out the customs clearance of goods under the schedule.
