In 2013, Jurimex team provided legal support for an M&A transaction with the participation of the largest bank in the Russian Federation. After a comprehensive analysis of the markets involved and the financial performance of the groups of companies involved in the transaction, the opinion of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine was received that there was no need to obtain prior authorization of the transaction.
