Jurimex advised on reorganization of the Ukrainian net bank through changing its corporate form which was complied with the norms of the National Bank of Ukraine.

Except for the traditional regulatory aspects, an implementation of this project caused complicated nuances, connected with application of new and not clear legislation at the time. The scheme, developed by our lawyers covered all issues of applicable regulations as well as general theoretical principles of banking law that allowed finishing the project and satisfying the client’s needs in a proper way.

Jurimex also advised on documents drafting and compiling the document package in general, represented the bank before certain governmental authorities.
