Jurimex represented interests of the large international travel operator during the inspections on compliance with legislation on consumer protection and tourism laws.

Dealing with this project Jurimex prepared and submitted claims on reversal of the decision of the State Committee of Ukraine for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy, in administrative procedure. But these claims were rejected to be taken into consideration and decisions on sanctions were appealed in the court.

As a result the administrative courts recognized a legality of client’s proves and rejected the above sanctions.
