Jurimex counselled on the Ukrainian regulations in case of acquisition by one of the largest US banks of controlling block of shares of other US bank.

In particular, Jurimex prepared conclusions on provisions of banking, competition and corporate legislation of Ukraine as well as advised the client on the Ukrainian law in drafting the purchase and sale agreement of shares.
