Jurimex acted as a legal advisor on the transformation of business conducting model on the territory of Ukraine for one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers Chemo group.

The most expedient models to conduct business of the company in the economic conditions of Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of the pharmaceutical industry and possible tax burdens were developed and provided for the client.
