Jurimex senior lawyer Oksana Yefimchuk lectured on the topic «Access to public information» and «Certain types of limited access information: commercial and banking secret» on 15 April 2014 in the National Taras Shevchenko University.  Within the lecture the issues of preparation and consideration of requests for public information obtaining, basis and peculiarities of restrictions of public information access were highlighted, disputable issues of litigations of these issues were analyzed. Also Ms. Yefimchuk told about the peculiarities of relations in banking secret in light of the Ukrainian and European legislation and legal regime of commercial secret.
