Representing the interests of Road Agency of Dnipropetrovsk region, acting as a claimant in the Jurimex law firm case, upheld the interests of the principal by making bthe Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeal to cancel the requirements of the State Financial Inspection in the Dnipropetrovsk region for transferring UAH 19,539,589.97 to the budget revenue.
