Oksana Yefimchuk, the Senior lawyer of Jurimex lectured for the students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The lecture was devoted to the legal regime of information in the Internet and advertising information. Ms. Yefimchuk highlighted aspects of disputes on disclaimer of information, spread in the Internet, including the difficulties of defendant identification and evidence fixing  and compared the Ukrainian realia and European experience. Problematic issues of advertising, nuances and lacunas in the legislation on advertising and its practical application were also discussed in the lecture.
