Jurimex partner Maryna Slobodnichenko participates in the working group on the Health Care System Reform (“money follows the patient”).

The key idea is the introduction of state-guaranteed package of health insurance services and medicine.

The draft Law provides full coverage by state funds of primary, palliative and emergency medical care.

 In particular, partial payment for services will be exercised by the state on the secondary (specialized medical care) and the tertiary (highly-specialized medical care) levels.

This reform is a crucial step to ensure the patients’ rights to health care.
