Jurimex law firm has successfully defended interests of OKHMATDYT in the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine. Ukrprofmed LLC demanded to allow it to carry out installation, assembling and commissioning of equipment at the National Children’s Specialized Hospital OKHMATDYT believing that the State Enterprise Ukrmedproektbud hampers the implementation of such works.

According to the result of the case consideration, the courts of all instances dismissed the requirements of Ukrprofmed and confirmed the absence of obstacles to implement the contract in a total amount of more than UAH 300 million.
