Jurimex Law Firm successfully defended client's interests in case of debt collection from the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine in amount of more than UAH 200 mln. The decision had been reviewed due to newly discovered circumstances.

Having considered the case, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine sustained the cassation appeal and partially denounced the court ruling of the Economic Court of Kiev and referred the case to the court of first instance.
