The State Road Agency of Ukraine has started a tender among potential investors in order to implement the first build-operate-transfer construction project in Ukraine, further operation and maintenance of the new highway Lviv-Krakovets with the total length of 84.4 km and duration of the build-operate-transfer project – up to 49 years.

Legal support, tender committee consulting, representing property interests of the customer and organization of execution of the public-private partnership agreement with the winners of this tender will carry out Jurimex lawyers, who have solid experience in the field of securities, legal proceedings that previously arose in the sphere of road facilities.

Bohdan Shapoval and Olexandr Shyshkanov, Jurimex partners, are involved in the project.
