Yuriy Krainiak, the Managing Partner of Jurimex Law Firm took part in the expert meeting on legal aspects of implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Television and Radio Broadcasting” (Draft No. 1076) on April 28, 2014.

 The lawyers of Media Law Institute, Zurab Alasania, the General Director of the state television company, Olga Bolshakova, the Head of the Center of Legislative Initiatives, Pavel Moiseev, the Chairman of the Public Council for the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting Anna Krasnotup, the Head of Legal Department of the State Committee of Television and Radio Broadcasting were also invited at the event.

 The meeting aimed to develop a preparation plan for implementation of the law, in particular the transformation of the state television company, state radio company and regional state broadcasting company to the public broadcaster, procedure of managing bodies and legal entities establishment, organization of supervisory council.
