JURIMEX Law Firm defended interests of its client, PJSC "UMANAVTODOR", in a case with the client. Jurimex team represented the client's interests in the case on debt recovering under the contract agreement, amounting more than UAH 30 mln.

According to the results of consideration, dated 26/01/2015, Kiev Economic Court of Appeal upheld the resolution of the court of the first instance, i.e. recognized legality and justification of the recovery of cost for construction works in favor of PAO "Umanavtodor".
